Service Description
Mister Transfer Rhodes services  provides transportation services for individuals and groups. Our services include but are not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, and hourly charters.
 

Booking
 

Bookings can be made online or by phone. A valid email address, phone number, name, and flight number are required to make a reservation. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in a 50% refund. No refund will be given in case of a non-show.
 

Changes to Bookings
 

Changes to bookings can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any changes made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may result in additional fees.
 

Vehicle and Driver
 

Our company provides a professional driver and a clean, well-maintained vehicle. All of our drivers are licensed and insured. We reserve the right to provide a vehicle and driver that best fits your needs.
Passengers and Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documents and visas for their journey. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Our vehicles have limited luggage capacity, so please let us know if you have any special requirements.
 

Liability
 

Our travel agency is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during transportation. We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic or other unforeseeable circumstances. 
Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of our clients seriously. We will not sell or share any personal information with third parties unless required by law.
 

Governing Law
 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Greek government. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Greek government.
 

Changes to Terms and Conditions
 

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
